Hello, I am looking for a paralegal to answer a couple o
questions for me and i seen that you responded back to someone
else who needed help for school. I am studying to become a
paralegal and i need to interview a parlegal. I did have a
interview lined up, but they cancelled and are not able to do
the interview until next week. Can you please help?

o What are your qualifications for your position?
o What type of education and training have you had?
o Do you train periodically throughout the year?
o What previous positions have you held?
o What ethical standards or methods currently exist
within your agency or organization?
o What "ethical dilemmas" have you faced on the job?
How have you resolved them?
o What are some possible sanctions that occur for
unethical conduct? How well are these punishments,
etc. enforced? Who enforces these punishments?
o What position can you be promoted to?
o What advice would you give to someone interested in
this aspect of the profession?
o What type of education would you recommend?
o Are there any paralegals within your agency or
organization? Would you consider having a paralegal
or a legal secretary as part of your team? Why or why
not?
o What would be a good starting point for a person going
to school to become a paralegal?
