Post: Can I get an annulment?

I got married in March of this year, 2007. We live on the
same house but once we moved in we split the house up. For
instance he has one side of the house and I have my side
of the house. We never see eachother and don't want to.
Also we have not even consumated the marraige because
neither of us wanted to. We just couldnt move out because
we got binded into a 12 month lease and didnt want to
break it until we ended the marraige and I have been
trying to find out as much information as possible but
have been sent to the field alot so things got postponed.
Would this be grounds for an annulment???
