Recent add for a paralegal in the Atlanta area: "Strong litigation support and technical history a must! Requirements include database experience including Concordance, Summation, JFS Litigators Notebook." Would you consider offer training in these tech support areas? I see more and more job ads for firms saying they are highly technical now and are a paperless office. With e- filing, document scanning into databases, and e-discovery, every paralegal needs to keep up with technology. Unfortunately, I have worked for a small plaintiff's firm and have gotten behind. The community colleges do not offer these legal specific training. How does one keep up?
