Post: Paralegal or Attorney Interview

Hi my name is Ashley and i have a paper for a business
education class due tomorrow. I had an interview set up
with a paralegal, but he has yet to get back to me and i
really need to get this paper turned in. I just have a few
questions and if anyone could please respond to them i
would greatly appreciate it!

1. Discuss the area of law you work in and give examples of
the kind of cases you work on

2. Describe a typical work week (Job functions, how
research is conduct, how contracts and pleadings are
drafted)

3. Ethical Dilemmas (Desribe potential ethical dilemmas
that arise in the field- discovery abuse, clients who
aren't truthful, etc. How you handle situations such as
those)
