Good Morning
My mother 66yrs old was hit on I-95 and run off the road. Her
rental car was totalled and so was the lady's car that hit
her.
The police report was made
The rental car was a Jeep by Avis - the air bags did not
deploy and she ended up in the emergency room for three days.
She is home now resting

My question does she have a law suite? With Jeep, Avis, the
woman that hit her, her own insurance company?
