Dear Alan, You have a question mark after your statement. What specifically is your question or comment? Are you suggesting that my little ditty makes light of serious whip lash cases? That reminds me of the client who, when put on the witness stand to explain what happened when she got hit from the rear, to the jury, "My neck just...whipped forward...and...lashed...back!" Yes, whip lash injuries can indeed be very serious and disabling. Keep up the good work, whatever it is. I assume you are a lawyer. Me, I'll do the same thing.
