Post: automotive accident personal injury suit

I was involved in an automotive accident about 8 months ago
i was traveling down a road through an intersection when
another driver sidewept my truck pulling out of a vegetable
stand. my truck rolled and i had to be extercated from the
vehicle by removal of the roof. i suffered sever bruising
and squishing to my left arm and abrasions down to my
tendons in my 3 knuckles on my left hand. 8 months later i
still have raised red scars on my knuckles cannot
straighten my 1 finger all the way and have pain in my arm
and knuckles. i went through months in bandages and in a
sling as well i was forced to drop one of my classes in
college and take another semester because of it i live with
the fear of another accident to this day and can be very
paraniod when driving. do you think that it is worth it to
go through a law suit for my pain and suffering.
