Post: My son injuries

My son who seven years old was in a car accident and he had
to get stitches in his mouth so I went to see a lawyer and
he said with my insurance policy and that I have verbal
thrush hold on that he would not be able to get a claim.
Would he be able to sue the other person insurance since
she was the one who hit us.
