Post: Where's the Civil Rights board????

I would love to see a board devoted to civil rights
litigation, particularly, 1983 litigation and police
brutality/misconduct. Definitely not your average
personal injury, involving both federal and state claims,
against individuals and municipalities, involving
intentional torts, gross negligence and governmental
immunity issues.
