Post: Proper title of Motion?

Good Afternoon;

A question please! In my Negligence/Premises Liability
Suit, I believe it is necessary that the Jury visit the
Site of the Slip/Fall to see the walking area,steep
Ramp,and clear up some of the confusion about the "Scene
Description."

What is the proper Motion/Form to request that the Jury
Be transported to the site to clarify descrepencies?
