From my personal JOURNAL, Dated January 3, 1983

"Monty Prieser is a great trial lawyer from
Charleston, West Virginia. You saw him at the Mid-Winter
Convention of the American Trial Lawyers Association in
New Orleans deliver a closing agrument/summation in a mock
trial. He was not originally scheduled to have been on
the program (at least for that part of it), but he filled
in with little notice. I believe that you have a cassette
tape of that closing argument in your possession. He did
such a great job, that although you knew that the trial
was a mock one, nevertheless, he caused you to come to
tears just listening to him sum up."

As my wife said, when I read the above paragraph to
her: "Wow!"
