Post: Violation of Confidentiality

A governmental agency released HIPAA-protected
confidential information about me to my employer and
others-without my consent. It may be difficult for me to
work in my field in the future. I intend to file a lawsuit
but don't know from which practice area I should seek
counsel. Please advise.
