I was involved in car accident in July 2007. I was trying
to make left turn in my street, when pick up truck rear
ended my car with full spead. After my car was hit, it was
trown on the telephone pull, and keep rolling. I last my
concesnes immideatly. I got brain trauma and stroke in my
left part of brain as results of accident. I was going
over concusion over ten months. I am still constantly
fatiqued. As result of accident I have permanent short
term memory loss which affect my everyday life and ability
to learn new things. I am still depresed, and taking
antidepresants on daily basis. My personality is totaly
changed, and I will never be person I used to be.
I just wondering what amount of settelmnet I should
receive for my injuries and pain and suffering
The owner of the truck is company which have million
dollars insurance policy.
