Hope all is well.

Three questions.

1. When the Judge in a personal injury lawsuit[NYS]
instructs the jury on how to to calulate the pain and
suffering damage portion of the settlement what does he
say? What formula is the jury to use to reach a dollar
amount?

2. What does the American Medical Ass. Guidelines
for 'perament impairment"
percentages have to do with pain and suffering damage
amount? Also what about standard mortality tables for NYS
have to do with p & s damage amounts in NYS?

3. How do I find out the insurance policy limit amount of a
company accused in a personal injury claim?
