Can a commercial lien be filed on a general contractor who
was responsible for job site safety. This pertains to a on
the job injury while working for the subcontractor. the
general contractor is a major corp. in all countries, I am
a union Ironworker who is no longer able to do my job, a
lawsuit has been filed but the waiting game is destroying
me. Is there a quicker solution.
