I had an office in Waukegan, Illinois where the sign was
removed by a former tenant.

The sign was replaced and used by the Landlord instead of
being made available to use by me MR REFUND.

Rent was put into escrow pending performance. Landlord
sued for eviction and won without issuing a 5 day notice.

Is this a true wrongfull eviction?

Is this Breach of Contract?

What are the damages?
