Post: Interstate Commerce

Posted by Barefoot on 3/10/08

Whether a pharmacy refusing to sell controlled medication
(Sudafed) to a patron solely because the patron does not
live locally affects commerce or any economic activity, and,
therefore, could be sustained as a regulation of activity
arising out of or connected with a commercial transaction,
which when viewed in the aggregate, substantially affected
    interstate commerce.
