Post: wrongful arrest

I was arrested from my own bed and accused of a DUI,
catelrss driving, leaving the scene of an accident. I
have had to hire an investigative professional and of
course lawyer. It has cost me over $16K to prove my
innocence. The police came into my home without
permission, interrogated me without mirandizing me. The
investigator teaches policemen how to investigate an
accident scene. The did nothing according to the rules
set by their deptartment. Since they can't prove the
previous (I got off the DUI thru DMV) they are now trying
to get me for DUI/careless driving in my DRIVEWAY. Where
do I go to get an attorney willing to fight "City Hall".
All I want is my legal fees back.
