Post: Plaintiff Attorney needed to sue Regions Bank in MS

Regions Bank took $2,400 out of loan proceeds to pay land
taxes but never paid our taxes. That was 14 months ago.
Six months ago we redeemed our property that had sold for
taxes by paying back taxes, interest, penalties, costs of
sale, etc, etc., while simultaneously paying loan interest
to Regions on the same money for over a year now. Regions
admitted they failed to send our tax money to the tax
collector's office. They still have our money, and have
committed a multitude of other wrongs, too many to list

We need an attorney in Mississippi with the expertise and
tenacity to take them to the cleaners.
