Posted by valarie mackey on 2/25/11 Need an attorney had a burial polivy on my mother she pasted away 8/10. After her death the insurance company did not pay stating I had a policy that required her to live for 24 months. I reviewed the policy finding a signature that was suppose to be that of my mothers and notified insurance commisioner of the fraud. I was told that it would be to hard to prove since my mother had pasted away. I went to the insurance of to speak with the mgr expressing my concerns and found out that I also had a fire policy that was in my name that I neva signed. Since then the insurance company has released the agent from his duties. I need an attorney asap!!!
