Post: Where are all the plaintiffs' lawyers?

Posted by Hardy Parkerson, Atty. on 9/06/06
Hey, guys! Let's spend some time on this site and see what
we can learn from each other.
O.K., I'll start it off. If you are a young lawyer and
want to learn something from an old hand, send me your
address or FAX number and I will send you a little thing I
wrote entitled "How Insurance Companies Evaluate a Case
for Settlement Purposes." It is no scholarly work, but
it is nuts-and-bolts practical stuff based on years of
experience at handling automobile accident, slip 'n falls
and general accident claims work from the plaintiff's side
of the Bar.
You can write me at 3309 Common Street; Lake Charles, LA
70601; call me at (337) 478-6126; FAX me at (337) 478-
9933; or e-mail me at hparkerson@cox.net.
In the meantime, let's hear from you on this site! Keep
up the good work!
Sincerely,
Hardy Parkerson, Atty.
