Post: Need Plaintiff Attorney against a private medical school

I began attending Newbridge in Santa Ana in 2009 for
Surgical Tech. which is a 16 month program. They have 4
modules (ST1 thru ST4) and then your externship on site
with hospitals which is about 4 months. I researched
schools and wanted to make sure Newbridge was accredited.
It was so I visited the school and signed up after I got a
tour and counsel. Long story short 6 out of 7 students
never got sent to externship they kept making excuses as to
why not. The one student that did cheated her way through
the whole program. When a teacher caught her and made a
complaint the school ignored it and the student got pushed
through (sent to externship) so the instructor quit. The
rest of us spent over 14 grand and have no career. Last
time attended was January 2011. Only one other student from
what I am told got a lawyer on his own. The rest I guess
just gave up and owe the money.
I need to know how long I have before its too late to sue?
I have been in the Calworks program and have been
unsuccessful in finding a job/career since. I am
accountable for those loans and I am angry about it.
Thank you,Tina
