Post: Tobacco Litigation Attorney Needed

Posted by Audrey on 3/07/15
My name is Audrey and I am looking for an attorney(s) to represent me in a tobacco litigation case. I reside in Valley Stream, New York and am 55 years of age. On December 15, 2013, my husband took me to the emergency room of South Nassau Communities Hospital, where I had difficulty breathing. I was in intensive care for 9-1/2 days with a total of 11 days of hospitalization. Diagnosis: COPD with asthma, emphysema and pneumonia. I was a very heavy smoker for over 35 years, first smoking Kool and then switching over to Marlboro a little over 25 years ago. I was, and still am, put on oxygen 24/7. On or about December 5, 2014, I had difficulty breathing and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. This was a 3 day stay. Diagnosis: bronchitis. I am still on oxygen and have numerous doctors’ appointments. I am on a regimen of drugs and literally feel like I am just existing. I am married and have two daughters, ages 25 and 19. I do not work. I have quit smoking since the first hospitalization in 2013. You can reach me at (516) 495-0028 or email at adkaplan53@gmail.com.
