I have a neighbor who has harrassed us for 2+ years about our barking dogs. We have lived here for 8 years and these are the ONLY complaints we've rcvd. from ANY neighbors. We have letters from ALL neighbors but this one, saying they NEVER hear our dogs barking. The harrassing neighbor says that the screaming neighborhood kids (mine included) the loud back-yard parties (next door to him) don't bother him, but he can hear my 1 dog barking (above the 14 other dogs that surround us) and it wakes him up when he is trying to take a nap on the weekends in the middle of the afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the last straw that was just disclosed at mediation yesterday. I swear if I get one more complaint from this guy I'm going to take legal action. Which leads me to being here. What legal rights do I have when it's 1 person's "word" against 20? (Even his wife say's she doesn't hear our dogs~!!!!!! Just wondering if you got an answer to your e-mail? D-
