I moved addresses and have put in a fowarding address with
the post office. However, as with any system, some pieces
of mail get through. Unfortunately for me some important
documents and DMV tags got through to my old address. The
woman living there works with my husband and informed both
of us the previous evening that she had noted that they
were important documents and was throwing them away.
My question is, is this tampering/destroying? And is it
illegal?
