If I am legally seperated from my spouse and have been
since September 2006 with a signed and notarized
separation agreement and a letter addressed to only me,
was sent to his house, where he and his girlfriend reside
and it was opened and then sent to me without the outer
envelope with a handwritten note from him stating that my
mail was enclosed and was from the insurance company, is
that illegal and do I have recourse? If so, what kind?
