on sept. 5th, 06, i had left pennsylvania for arizona, and
i was working for a temporary service before i left. my
paycheck was to be mailed to my pa address, then forwarded
to me in az. the people i lived with had instead taken my
paycheck, forged my name then deposited it into their
account. are they liable for mail tampering?
