Dear Carolyn,

Neighbors dispute is hard beco's your words against his.
Therefore, evidence and record keeping is very important
1. Keep good records of what is going on…(date, time,
when, where, what etc)
2. Call police if any action of violence (e.g. when he
shot the subject... etc) remember to ask for a copy or case
report number if any from the officer … If not keep a good
record of what event including the officer name and ID number

3. Take photograph or video tape of any unlawful action
toward you and your family.

Two options you can consider take him to court (you need to
see a lawyer) or use Neighborhood Mediation Centers to
resolve your differences (The evidences you recorded or kept
will be very helpful in your case. Check your State law with
regard to video tape).
