Your problem is specific to your states law and the facts of your situation. This is not a case
that can be resolved with online advice. You must get an attorney in your city/state to assist
you. Sympathetic responses and off-the-wall, online legal advice won't help you.

You said a month ago you did have a good lawyer -- you need to listen to him and of course to
retain his services you will have to pay him or convince him to take it on a contingency basis.
It's the only way you can resolve this problem.
