hi im looking for some advice on our old bitty neighbor. we
live in a historic society which regulates what we can and
cant do on the outside of our house. however our neighbor
has nothing better to do than complain about everything from
mt kids not picking up their toys to our porch being dirty.
she called us into a meeting and called us scum in front of
all the other residents of the neighborhood and continues to
cast angry and mean looks at us and our children. i have had
it with her and am considering going to the next step
whatever that may be. oh and she gets the chairman of the
historic district to approach us on non regulated issues
because she does not like to talk to us. i feel this is
inapproriate and childish. is there anything we can do short
of filing a harrassment suit?
