After reading your post MIL(sic)TAMPERING "Mail Tampering",
a question comes to mind. Hypothetical: You need the names
of tenants in an illegally occupied building. It's
private "street" mail box is next to yours (1 inch space
between). Is it illegal to open the other building's box,
but not even touch the mail in the box, in order to obtain
the visible tenant names?
