    In theory yes your privacy rights were violated by negligence.
    There is a duty or obligation to keep personal medical records
    out of the public domain. This nurse published (3rd party
    heard) to another. But all law is contained not whats on the
    books but what in the head of judge. Get the right judge how
    thinks this is horrible then you have judgement against the
    nurse. But a judge could think there was little "damage" done
    and it was in the atmoshpere of nursing care. The
    circumstances were not one that would necessarily show gross
    negligence or even recklessness. Do you have any disease that
    is now published that others now know about. Then this might
    be viewed as damage and strengthens your case.
