Hospitals have very strict privacy laws and I work in a
hospital as a therapist. This laws are reviewed by HIPPA.
Ask for your privacy rights in writing and contact the nursing
supervisor where it occured. If that does not get you
anywhere, you can contact HIPPA directly and report the
