First
Harassament involves some type of protected class
violation. Such as screaming demeaning things about race,
sex, religion ect.
Screaming at the work place may not be uncalled for. If
harassment was screaming Police, Fire departments, ship
yards, construction workers, factory workers, and military
would have many suits against them for Screaming.
The only possible area you could get is Assault. But words
are never enough undercommon law to amount to assault. There
must be some overt action (using body in a hostile manner).
Tape recording of a conversation depends on if there is a
degree of confidentuality or privacy expected. With
telephone tape recording must tell the other person of
recording and have a beeb every 10 or 15 seconds.
