Hi Bonnie,

So, have you got the website going yet. I am very interested in
sharing my observation with you.

The method of harassment is call GANG STALKING - mostly consist of
some volunteers of community oriented policing/ neighborhood
watch. Because of the nature of zero accountability, this is the
unintended consequence of volunteered policing and many of these
groups are for hire; divorce, feud between parties, illegal
business surveillance(unfair competition)....etc.
