I have had issues with this neighbor for past three years
due to property line issue.
He put a video security on the front of his house which is
in full veiw.......I dont have a problem with that due to
it being facing his driveway....Today as I walked my
dogs...i noticed his blinds that face my property were
different than he usually keeps them in his computer
room...the blind was bunched up in the corner and there
appeared to be a cam or video type thing facing my
property and front door entrance of my home.
It appeared to be slightly hidden.
Does anyone know the law reguarding this in massachusetts?
Do I have any rights to protect the privacy of my home and
yard from this ignorant man and his cam or video recorder?
