My wife and I were arrested following an illegal search of
our home, which resulted in the loss of our home and jobs
as apt. manager. After several appearances in court the DA
was never able to present an officer to testify consent was
given and charges were dropped. We would like to know if we
have a case against the county for the damage this has
done. We have had to relocate, and have suffered financial
difficulties, as well as our reputations damaged.
