    Did you try to contact the mortgage company? The mortgage
    company should have no problem giving you information about
    your foreclosure. Just let them know what's going on and that
    you want the same documents your wife has. I am not an
    attorney so I can't give you legal advice. If you feel like
    you need an attorney, do not hesitate to contact one to be
    sure that you access all of your legal rights.
