I understand how you want to live a peaceful life and that
this person is causing you distress. My family and I also
wanted to live a peaceful life, but once new neighbors moved
into our neighborhood, they made it impossible to live the
happy lives we knew. It was pure heartache to have the
neighbors watching our every move and using the legal system
to help them in their endeavors to cause us harm. They did
many things to try and get a rise out of us including
damaging our property and using laws we didn't even know
existed to our demise.
