Myself and many of my neighbors are being endlessly
harassed by a neighbor whom we have all tried at one time
or another to be friendly to but who has no interested in
maintaining friendly relationships. Some of the harassment
has included, accusations of cruelty to animals, running
illegal businesses out of homes, illegal construction on
people's property, mailing letters both anonymous and not
to complain about what they consider "un-christian"
behavior, accusing others of trying to run them out of the
neighborhood,neglecting their children and many other
things. There have also been many comments made at one time
or another to neighbors alleging the same things. There was
a past incident of them harassing a neighbor to the point
of a physical altercation ensuing. This neighbor also goes
out of their way to annoy others whether it be playing the
radio loud, running lawn equipment after dark or anything
else that can be done to make noise and annoy. All noise
stops at night right before the law states that it must.
Rather than spend their time in their "private" backyard
they do so in their driveway. Many of us have had enough
and are ready to take action but wondered what if anything
we can do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
