I can relate. I live next door to a lawyer which happens to
be my neighbor. He continually harasses my husband and I.
We say nothing to him hardly ever go on the west side of the
property yet he is constanly in front of our house. It is his
road so nothing is said. He cut down our apple tree last
year, our front door was broken no proof that it was him. The
mail box was damaged. He recently dug a ditch where one of
our entrances is located grant it is on his side but why
would anyone even think to do something like that to someone
else? I would like to know legally if I can do anything. I
am really sick of the harrassment by him. You would think
being a lawyer he would know better.
