You can make a harassment complaint but that might just
anger them and cause more trouble. It sounds like there may
be illegal activity going on such as a meth lab at their
house. It is indeed a dangerous situation for you.
Unfortunately, the police may not be able to help until it
is too late. You should have means to protect yourself in
your house.
