Re: Neighbor harassment -- need advice

    Easy solution. Move to a home that has at least ten acres
    and then you can play your stereo all you want. When you
    live in a condo you have to respect your neighbors. Why is
    this so hard for people to understand these days? Personal
    responsibility needs a come back!
