Re: Neighbor harassment -- need advice

Chris -- Your response is ignorant- Mike even said that one of
the times nothing was on, although he definitely has the right
to listen to music at a reasonable level. Mike's rights are
just as important as his neighbor's to enjoy his own home in
peace -- and sometimes people get so carried away with
protecting their own supposed "rights" that they violate
rights others. You sound like you might be one of these
    people.

Mike- I have a neighbor that is doing the same thing to me --
she started complaining about my "excessive noise" before I
even moved in any furniture/stereo/tv and the complaints
haven't stopped. It has become a daily thing -- last Friday
she filed 3 complaints about me and I wasn't even home! Now I
have to go to a Board Meeting to defend myself, even though
she is harassing me -- so best of luck and let me know if you
find a good answer to your question! Something needs to be
    done about these INSANE neighbors!
