    You mean to tell me, the police
    are powerless to do anything about
    filing trivial police reports?
    There is such a thing as frivilous
    law suits. What about so many
    unwarrented reports wasting man
    power. I bet if the complainer was
    charged for the manpower their
    wasting, the complaints would stop
    fast. It is insane to respond to
    isane callers. Put them where they
    belong. In a state mental
    institution. At least threaten
    them with it.
