I am a homeowner who recently had a bad tenet lease a room
from me. He left me high and dry which there is nothing I
can do about it because he was a friend and I never made
him sign a lease. However when he left there were bills
that I was going to mail out that had the checks in them,
he shredded them, is this tampering with mail because all
of these bills were in my name. He is kind of crazy, he
even cut the cable wires to my internet.
