I have been seperated from my husband for almost 2 years.
For some reason every once in awhile very important mail
goes to his house. And he opens it and does what he wants
with it. I have missed very important court dates ect. Is
this ilegal? The post office where he lives says there is
nothing I can do about it. Is this true? And who can I
contact about this?
