We have had problems along with other in my neighborhood
in Houston, TX with 2 boys who live down the street. They
are viscious and try to harm and frighten my children and
have been banned from the school bus, and every neighbors
house and children in my neighborhood. We hve tried to
talk to the parents but they just scream and curse as us.
Last time 3 weeks ago my husband took an officer to speak
with them hoping they would hold their tounge. The
following week CPS was at my door about a call for abuse
and neglet on me for my children. What is my recourse for
filling a false report and retalitaion for filling a
police report in the first place?
