I have some extremely effective form letters I use to get
incorrect information removed from my credit report.

I am looking for some similar threatening laywer type form
letter I can send to a financial institutition that keeps
sending my personal financial information to the incorrect
address.

After contacting them 7 times, they keep blowing me off and
sending my statements to some place I moved out from one
year ago.

Any links to form letters or federal law violations I can
cite in the letter I'm drafting would be appreciated.
