My new employer has all employee's home phone number and
address and email address in a public folder in Outlook
for the entire company to have access to.

I feel that this is an invasion of privacy on more than
one level, but I cant find anything in writing for New
Jersey privacy statements saying this is wrong. Can
anyone give me advice?
